To keep your dog comfortable, fluffy and mat-free:
• Full Grooms: every 4–6 weeks
• Bath & Tidies: between haircuts for oodles and long coats
• Brushing at home: several times a week
• Puppies: every 3–4 weeks for confidence building

1️⃣ Puppy Love – First Groom (12–14 Weeks)
A short, positive introduction to grooming.
What’s included:
• Warm puppy wash
• Blow dry
• Trim around eyes
• Hygiene tidy around bottom
• Soft brush-out
• Nail trim & ear check
• Gentle handling & confidence building
We do not cut any fur off the body. The goal is to protect that beautiful fluffy puppy coat and create a calm, safe experience.
2️⃣ Wash & Tidy – 4–5 Weeks After Puppy Love
A slightly more structured session to build routine:
• Wash & blow dry
• Face tidy
• Hygiene tidy
• Feet, ears & tail tidy
• Brush-out
This step prevents matting as the coat thickens and helps your puppy learn consistency.
3️⃣ Regular Visits Every 4–5 Weeks
To maintain a fluffy coat and build trust, we alternate between:
✔ Wash & Tidy
✔ Full Long Teddy-Bear Groom (never shaved short unless required)
Regular grooming prevents matting and helps your puppy become fully comfortable with the grooming process.
4️⃣ First Full Groom – Teddy-Bear Style (6–8 Months)
Your puppy will be ready for their first full groom around 6–8 months.
