Refund and Exchange Policy

 

At PawsAbout we seek 100% customer satisfaction - we want everyone to be happy and delighted with their purchase and experience!

 

 

Refunds

 

You can return any product for reasons involving defects or malfunction with the product itself for an exchange, within 30 days. We ask that you to contact us and let us know about the problem before returning the goods to us. If an exchange is not available you will be given the choice of having the item and initial shipping costs refunded or we can offer you another item or issue you with a credit to find a replacement. It is essential that an item returned must be in original condition and that its packaging also be in its original condition. PawsAbout reserves the right to withhold credited funds if these conditions are not met.  The cost incurred for returning goods not covered by the manufacturers warranty shall be at the customer's expense. The return delivery charges will be refunded or ‘no charge' will be made for the delivery of exchange items if the goods are found to be defective pursuant to the manufacturer's warranty.

Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer. As we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent when returning an item or items to us.
Please note that your happiness is important to us and we will discuss the order with you and decide the best option on an individual basis.

Exchanges

 

PawsAbout Industries Pty Ltd will exchange any item for another item of equal value within 14 days of delivery should you not be totally happy with your purchase, (does not include delivery charges).
Return your item to PawsAbout with your original receipt and a brief explanation for the exchange. Please note that the product being returned must be in a suitable state to be resold and must be accompanied with its original packaging intact. The product also must be repackaged appropriately by you to avoid damage in transit when sending back to us. PawsAbout will not accept any items that have been damaged in transit.
