Special services
We offer special care appointments for puppies and older dogs. It is very important to start introducing puppies to grooming services from an early age. This will ensure that in the future dogs do not fear basic services such nail clipping, having a bath or a full grooming session. So, why not to pop in and have a puppy first bath as PawsAbout with a professional dog groomer!
Older dogs that require assistance are also welcome at PawsAbout. Our caring and experienced staff are very happy to assist older pets.
We groom and attend to dogs from start to finish enabling a grooming to be completed in a shorter period of time. This seems to make our most nervous customers more relaxed. We will usually start within fifteen minutes of scheduled appointment and will call our client 10 to 15 minutes before the completion time to reduce the amount of time your pet will spend in the Dog Salon.

We offer Dog grooming and Dog washes in Eastern suburbs of Sydney. Many of our clients come for Dog Grooming from Coogee, Clovelly, Bronte, Maroubra, Bondi, Randwick, Pagewood, Kingsford, Kensington, Bellevue Hills, Potts Point, Double Bay, Queens Park, Waverley, Bondi, Bondi Junction, Redfern & Surry Hills. We provide Dog Grooming in Randwick, Dog Grooming in Clovelly, Dog Grooming in Bronte, dog grooming in Bondi and Dog Grooming in Maroubra.
We recommend that you have your dog groomed every 6-8 weeks and of course it all depends on the breed and condition of your pet's coat. Our free dog groomer consultations before and after each session will guide you with a grooming schedule that meets you and your pets' specific needs.
We recommend proper grooming schedules as these will not only improve not only physical appearance but also emotional health of your pet. Popping in for a dog wash or a wash and tidy is also a good idea as each session will include a professional bathing and a brush out service, benefiting both long and short haired pets. We found that a lot dog owners are not aware of dog grooming maintenance services such as a wash or a wash & tidy. The key differences between these and a clip that no clipping of a coat is involved however professional dog wash and brushing is performed (as well as nail clipping and ear cleaning) allowing to stretch time between clipping, which works really well in cooler months of the year. Please check out our rates for these services which may be more suitable for your pet providing there are no knots or matts that can't be brushed out.
At PawsAbout we keep a detailed history of every pet we groom and you will be asked to complete a history card form. This form provides us with a full background of your pets' medical, special conditions history, your veterinarian's information and all of your contact information.
In our dog grooming salon we work with a single client and recommend appointments so your dog can enjoy our exclusive and personal attention during its entire time with us. Please note that most of our grooming services last from 1.5 to 3 hours.
